Office and Finance Administrator

Our Office & Finance Administrator is the initial contact for Medical Justice and acts the focal point for finance and the smooth running of the office.

Salary : £23,000 pro-rata with an annual increase of £500 for 5 years and pension contribution

Job Purpose : To be the initial contact for Medical Justice and act the focal point for finance and the smooth running of the office.

Reports to : The Director

Working Hours : Between 23 and 30 hours a week either 3 full days, or 4 or 5 shorter days a week (contact us if you would like to discuss prior to submitting an application).

Where : At the Medical Justice office near Finsbury Park, and attending meetings elsewhere as necessary

Length of contract : 2 years, with renewal if funding available

Terms : 24 days per annum holiday, plus statutory bank holidays and 4 additional days’ holiday associated with bank holidays which may be decided on by your manager (usually associated with the office closure during Christmas and New Year). Other conditions as statutory requirements.
