Home Office healthcare policy, including: - On Entry - Referral of passengers by the immigration officer to the port medical officer
- After entry/referred entry clearance - persons suffering from serious illness
- After entry - removal of psychiatric in-patients
- Inoculations and other preventative treatment (prophylaxis) for persons being removed from the UK
Note : after much Medical Justice lobbying and intervention in patients' legal cases, the Home Office changed it's policy on the provision of anti-malarials which is included below. |
