Theatrical performance about asylum seekers' poor access to health care PDF Print E-mail
Written by Emma Ginn

"I am a medical student (5th yr, Nottingham) and part of a medical students' organisation called Crossing Borders which aims to link up with refugees and asylum seekers to improve access to Healthcare. I am helping to put together a performance with Ice and Fire/Actors for Refugees who wrote and perform The Asylum Monologues. We are very keen to talk to asylum seekers and/or refugees who have had poor treatment from the NHS/health professionals. We are hoping to interview people at the end of July in Nottingham and/or London.

Please contact me if you are an asylum seeker or refugee and have had poor treatment from the NHS/health professionals, and would like to be involved in this project."
