On 8 January the Joint Select Committee on Human Rights heard evidence from a number of organisations on the treatment of asylum seekers.
These organisations included the Office of the Children’s Commissioner, Amnesty UK, Children’s Society, Save the Children, Home Office and the Department of Health.
