• Secondary Care Follow up • Markers of disease status – CD4 count and viral load measured at least every 6 months • Co-infection serology screen carried out at diagnosis– Syphilis, Hepatitis A,B,C, Toxoplasmosis, CMV. • Annual cervical cytology screen • Offer annual full sexual health screen • Immunisations • Hepatitis B (if negative serology) • Influenza • If uncertain childhood vaccinations - Diptheria/Tetanus/PARENTERAL Polio (Td/IPV) • Pneumococcus (If CD4 > 200) • Meningitis C (If < 25 years old) • Consider MMR if CD4 > 200 and negative serology for measles. Also consider MMR in women who are negative for rubella and CD4 > 200.
