Witnessing survivor trauma: an in-depth exploration of its effect on therapists - 2006
Written by Emma Ginn
"The following paper is a summary of a small-scale research project completed for a Masters (by research) in Applied Science at LaTrobe University, Victoria, Australia in 2006 by Sue Hetzel.

My research project draws attention to the positive as well as the negative impact of trauma work on therapists. It also examines some of the ways in which poorly executed organisational support leads to therapists being more vulnerable to
vicarious trauma.
